  I have found a home in St. George's as a young grad student without a home church or episcopal background/ Father Bradley is super welcoming and awesome, and strives to make everyone feel at home

  So I was towed from the lot at my expense not one hour after I parked there at 6pm on a Wednesday. There is no posting that the lot is private parking or anything else that suggests that you are not allowed to park there. They did have the name of the towing company scrawled on a piece of paper on the front of the church. I can only imagine that my car was towed to make room for the choir members to practice, since that is what was going on when I walked in. Lucky I'm already not Christian so it isn't like they lost anyone from heaven there...

  I really felt the church spirit with this place.
  My husband and I are new to New Hampshire, he's in the navy and just got stationed here. So When we went to visit friends and they told us to park in the church parking lot, we listened. There were no signs saying not to park there, private property, tow warnings, etc. Had they had signs up we wouldn't have parked there, we're not disrespectful, we follow the rules. Had there been any indication we weren't wanted there, we would have found other parking. So after spending a lovely evening with our friends, who also happen to be military members, we went to leave only to find that all 3 of our cars had been towed. Again from a lot that didn't specify not to park there at risk of tow. So I, being 8 months pregnant, thoroughly enjoyed waiting in slippers (my footwear of choice now that I'm extremely pregnant and swelling has occurred) and a vest (expecting to get into a car with heaters didn't think I needed my extremely heavy coat to just walk across the street) in 30° temperatures while waiting for another friend to pick us up and take us to the towing lot. One friend actually ended up walking there before us because there wasn't enough room in the car, and he didn't want an 8 month pregnant woman to have to have to walk, or in my case waddle, there.
  I think the worst part about this wasn't the $175 we each had to pay to get our cars back, or the fact that they towed our car with the parking break on so we'll have to get the breaks checked, but the fact that the the man at the towing company said they do this all the time. You would think if this was a common occurrence that they would put up signs, if anything to at least give people a heads up and save them the $175 fee. Like I said, had we known they didn't want us to park there, we most certainly wouldn't have parked there. We could have put that money towards stuff for our baby, but instead that was spent unnecessarily.
  Needless to say we will never be going back for maters of worship or parking. This place really left a bad taste in our mouth concerning churches, and in particular this one.
  
  TLDR: There aren't any no parking signs, but don't park here regardless. They towed our cars, us being 3 Navy guys and an 8 month pregnant woman, and we had to pay $175 each person to get our cars back. Does not seem to be an inviting place, steer clear.

  I have found St. George to be a most wonderful caring community. Rev. Michael Bradley was warm and welcoming. The Evensong Service was an intimate gathering followed by a delicious pot luck dinner.
  The pastoral care Rev. Bradley offered to my father, who was not a church member, was a special blessing.

  I personally don't attend this church, but I do want to let others know that AA meetings have taken place here in the past, and so there are resources available for those who need help.
